When playing the DVD or Blu-ray, chunks or colored pixels appear. They do not appear when playing the project from the program or during a simple Video output.

Solution:

Burn your DVD or Blu-Ray again at the lowest possible burning speed. You set the burning speed in the Video Wizard.
