No burner is displayed under Extras > Program settings > CD/DVD/BD burner or no burner can be selected in the Video Wizard via Change.

Solution steps:

1.Update
Check via Help > "Check for Update" whether you are using the latest program version and perform an update if necessary. After the update, look again under Extras > Program settings > CD/DVD/BD burner to see if a burner can be selected.

2.Change the burner settings
In the program, go to Extras > Program settings > CD/DVD/BD burner and select a different interface.
Choose your burner and burn your project.

3.Test the burner
There may be a problem with your burner. Check whether your burner is detected in the system at all and test the functionality with another burning program if necessary.
