Video generation or burning is interrupted

Return to chapter overview

After starting the burning process, the video generation or the burning process is interrupted. The problem may be either during the calculation of the video file or during the writing process to the blank disc. Here it can be helpful to perform the steps separately to narrow down where the cause of the error lies.

Solution steps:

1.Update
Check via Help > "Check for Update" whether you are using the latest program version and perform an update if necessary. Then burn again.

2.Create video separately and burn video file

1.To create only a video at first, choose Wizards > Burn/Create Video > Media file and MPEG for a video to burn a DVD from and M2TS to create a video for Blu-ray.
In the next step, select the PAL DVD (16:9) or PAL DVD (4:3) template for your MPEG, or the 1080p with 29.97 frames template for M2TS. This ensures that the files are in the correct format for burning.
Start the video generation.
If the video file was created correctly, the burning step will be Wizards > Burn/create video > From file.

3.Generated video is not burned - change burn settings
In the program, go to Extras > Program settings > CD/DVD/BD burner and select a different interface.
Now try to burn again.
If the video cannot be created or saved at all, please contact AquaSoft support.

4.Generated video is not burned - change blank disc
Try to burn the video to another blank, maybe the existing blank is not suitable or damaged.

5.Enable advanced bug report and send to support
Close the program. In the program folder on your computer under "C:\Program files\AquaSoft\...Vision ...\Support" there is a file called "EnableBurnLog.reg". Please run it with a double click and click "Yes" on the merge question. Please make sure that the program is closed during execution. Now open the program and start the burning process again. Now a detailed log file is written, in which we get much more information and thus hopefully can identify the problem. In order for the support team to receive the log file, please go to Help >Send problem report after burning.
You can then close the program and disable the log function again with "DisableBurnLog.reg".
