The burning process of your presentation to DVD or Blu-ray has been completed successfully, but the player does not play the movie. On the PC, however, the DVD/BR is played.
1.Update
Check via Help > "Check for Update" whether you are using the latest program version and perform an update if necessary. Then burn again.
2.Change the blank
In some cases, the interaction of the recorder, blank brand, and player does not work. In this case, change the blank type or brand and try again.
3.Burn with constant bitrate
Some players have problems with DVDs/BRs with widely varying bitrates. In the Video Wizard, select "constant bitrate" and start burning again. Now the presentation will be burned with constant instead of variable bitrate.
